Cancellation Policy
1. Course Enrollment and Access - Eligibility: The course is open to professionals and businesses interested in sourcing products from Africa and China. - Registration: Participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate information. - Payment: Course fees are due upon registration. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (T/T) and online payment. Note that online payments will incur an additional 7% transaction fee. 2. Course Content and Structure - Modules: The course comprises modules on supplier verification, quality control, price negotiation, and logistics management. - Duration: Each module is designed to be completed within a specified timeframe. - Resources: Participants will have access to video lectures, reading materials, and case studies. 3. Participant Expectations - Engagement: Participants are expected to actively engage with course materials and complete assignments. - Communication: Any questions or issues should be promptly communicated to the course facilitator. - Confidentiality: All information shared during the course is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. 4. Completion and Certification - Assessment: Participants must complete all modules and pass a final assessment with a score of 77% or higher to receive a certificate of completion. - Certification: Upon successful completion, a certificate will be issued, which can be added to professional profiles. 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy - Refunds: Refunds are not available once the course has commenced. However, participants may defer their enrollment to the next available session. - Cancellations: Easy Trade Africa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly. 6. Governing Law - This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
