Building Glass
At Easy Trade Africa, we pride ourselves on offering top-tier building glass products designed to enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of various spaces. Our building glass collection is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and style.
Insulating Glass
Insulating glass is composed of two or more glass panes separated by a spacer and sealed together, with the space between filled with dry air or inert gas. This design provides superior thermal insulation, significantly reduces noise, and prevents condensation. Insulating glass is widely used in residential, commercial buildings, and office spaces, enhancing energy efficiency and providing a comfortable indoor environment.
Tempered Glass
Tempered glass is made by heating ordinary glass to its softening point and then rapidly and uniformly cooling it. Compared to ordinary glass, tempered glass has higher strength and impact resistance. When broken, it shatters into small granules, reducing the risk of injury. It is widely used in doors, windows, curtain walls, shower enclosures, and other applications requiring high strength and safety performance.
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is made by sandwiching one or more layers of PVB film between two or more glass panes and processing them under high temperature and pressure. Even when broken, the fragments adhere to the interlayer, preventing them from scattering, which provides good safety and anti-theft properties. Laminated glass is commonly used in automotive windshields, bank counters, and bulletproof glass where high safety is required.
Art Glass
Art glass is processed through various techniques such as engraving, sandblasting, and painting to create different patterns and textures, offering unique decorative effects. It not only retains the basic functions of glass but also adds an artistic touch to spaces. Art glass is widely used in interior decoration, partitions, screens, and other areas to enhance the artistic quality of spaces.
Curved Tempered Glass
Curved tempered glass is formed by bending the glass into specific shapes using molds during the tempering process. It retains all the advantages of tempered glass while also offering an aesthetically pleasing curved effect. It is commonly used in curved curtain walls, observation elevators, and curved furniture, providing more creativity and possibilities in design.
